Pressurized Rotational Viscometers
Model 5550 HPHT Viscometers - are high precision, computer controlled and offer unique design features such as a sliding carbon dry-block heater and a high-precision digital torque sensor that is external to the sample cell.

Model 7550 HPHT Viscometers - offer the smallest footprint for a drilling fluid instrument. The small size and unique design allow ergonomically friendly operation. These fully automated viscometers are provided with data acquisition and control software.
Max Pressure: 30,000 psi / 205 MPa ~ Max Temperature: 500ºF / 260ºC
Model 7600 Ultra HPHT Viscometers - offer the highest pressure and temperature ranges available. These fully automated viscometers are able to simulate the most severe downhole conditions. They are provided with data acquisition and control software.

Rheo™ Data Acquisition & Control Software - All Chandler Engineering fully-automated viscometers are provided with a computer and Rheo Software and which enables users to make the most of their viscometers. This powerful software makes it simple to set-up, execute and log complex standards and custom test protocols. Test data can be saved, plotted analyzed and exported in a standard CSV format for easy sharing and transfer to spreadsheets and other programs. The software includes automatic calibration routines for use with your calibration fluids.
Atmospheric Rotational Viscometers
Model 3530 Viscometers - offer manual or fully automated control for field or laboratory use. Computer control permits ease of operation and automatic data acquisition at any speed from 0.01 rpm to 600 rpm.

Model 3330 In-Line Viscometer - provides real-time on location measurement of fracturing fluids viscosity. It is a rugged instrument designed and manufactured to withstand the rigors encountered within field operations. Using Couette Bob and Rotor geometry, the Model 3330 is a concentric cylinder viscometer that meets all API requirements for viscosity measurements of stimulation fluids used in well servicing.

Foam Flow Loops - measure the viscosity of foamed fluids by creating the foam fluid at elevated temperature and pressure. Each flow loop is designed for your unique conditions and testing requirements.
Model 6500 Friction Flow Loop System - is used for testing the effects of friction reducers by circulating at high rates through different pipe diameters. Friction Loop designs vary based on the application required.
